Lindsay Lohan's driver 'hits paparazzo'

SimpleCELEB - TMZ says that the driver was picking Lohan up from The Hotel Cafe in Hollywood when the accident took place.
The photographer was not taken to hospital, but he was allegedly treated for an injured hand at the scene.
In a video of the incident, the paparazzo is seen being hit by the car as the driver sounds the horn. The vehicle then speeds away.
The photographer is later seen telling the medics that the incident was a "hit and run".
The driver is now said to be a person of interest in a criminal assault with a deadly weapon investigation.
Lohan is not a suspect, although she appears to have been in the car at the time. [digitalspy.com@satw]
